Fonderia San MartinoThe original nucleus of the foundry, with its present name, has existed since 1962, but the founders, who still work in the company along with their successors and a qualified staff, began their crofting activity in 7959 with a small 400 dia. cupola furnace they built themselves. The main stages of development were the following:Seventies - Extensions to the buildings, installation of moulding machines and new 800 dia. cupola furnaces Eighties - Extensions to the buildings, installation of new -automatic systems for 1060 dia. moulding boxes and for 400x400 moulding boxes, new 6 ton electric forehearth, establishment of Fonderia San Martino Sud. Nineties - Extensions to the buildings, installation of new automatic systems for 1350x1100 moulding boxes with melting with 1100 dia. cupola furnaces and new 15 ton forehearth Our vocation ...we want to build with you... The founders believed in a highly customer-service-oriented spirit right from the start. Thishas led to a company culture that today, with the advent of modern technologies, can offer the clientele human resources and experience directly from the designing stage to develop products with the utmost functional cost-effectiveness. |
